- Take 2 cups maida
- Make ready 1/4 cup curd
- Get 1 tsp baking soda
- Prepare 1 tsp baking powder
- Take 1/2 tsp powder sugar

- Prepare 1-2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Get 2 tbsp butter
- Take 1 tbsp kalonji

- Take all ingredients except coriander leaves and butter and knead a soft dough. Rest it for one hour. In a vessel (small) take butter and coriander leaves, mix and keep aside.
- Divide the dough in 4 balls. Roll it in an elongated shape. Sprinkle some kalonji on the top of the naan. And on the back side apply water with a brush.
- The back portion, place it on a hot tawa. Cook on high flame. Now catch the handle of the tawa and upside down the tawa and cook the naan directly on the gas. Now remove from tawa and apply the butter-coriander mixture. Serve with any sabji.
