- Pluck fenugreek leaves. Chopped finely.soak in water for 15 mins.. Strain the soaked water..add fresh water to chopped fenugreek leaves and boil for 5 mins. Strain & keep aside.Boil green peas and keep aside.
- In nonstick kadhai,add & melt butter. Add corn flour and saute on slow flame for 1 min. Add green chillies ginger paste, mix & saute for 1 min. Add cashewnuts powder,mix and saute for 1 min.Mix fresh cream. Now slowly pour milk, stirring occasionally,so no lumps are formed. Add sugar and salt to taste as the gravy like mixture formed,add boiled fenugreek leaves and green peas. Mix well and cook for 2 mins.
