- Heat 2 tblsp oil in non stick wok and add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds saute for few seconds.add garlic and saute for 30 seconds add onion and saute for 1-2 minutes.add spinach puree mix well.then add salt and garam masala powder and mix well.
- Take another non stick pan heat 2 tblsp oil.add 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds saute for few seconds add crumbled paneer and saute one minute.add tomato basil pasta sauce, add salt and fenugreek leaves and mix well.
- Add half rice to the spinach mixture and half to the paneer mixture and mix well. Adjust salt in both and cook for a minute.switch off the gas.
- To make cracking spinach take oil in a pan heat it and deep fry spinach strips till crisp. Drain out from oil.
- In a non stick pan heat sesame oil heat it add red chilli flakes and fried spinach strips.sprinklr salt,sugar and sesame seed and toss for a minute.turn off the flame
- Take a plate put some of the paneer rice and press gently then put some spinach rice.press well.then put a layer of paneer rice and press.top with a little crackling spinach and serve hot.
