- Prepare 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp Urad daal
- Prepare 5-6 Curry leaves
- Get 1 Red chilli

Instructions to make Instant dosa with chutney:
- Make a batter by mixing atta, sooji, rice flour. Cover and rest for 15 mintues.
- Then add onion, green chilli, grated ginger, chopped coriander leaves, chopped curry leaves, salt, hing, add more water if required.
- The batter should be little watery than normal dosa batter.
- Heat a tawa, grease oil and make dosa.
- For tomato onion chutney :: - In a pan add little oil, and fry chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped tomatoes and garlic.
- Cool and grind with little water and salt.
- Give tadka with the ingredients mentioned and serve with dosa.
Place a dosa skillet on medium flame. When heated add a few drops of olive oil on the skillet. So you can treat you family with this chutney any time.
