- Now in a bowl take besan add red chilli pwd, salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, pinch hing & pinch baking soda. make semi thick batter with water
- Now make aalu dough & take ball from it & dip in besan batter & deep fry till golden brown.
- Now take a pav & slit it, sprinkle 1tsp chutney decorate vada & fried chilli n enjoy hot & spicy vada pav
