Steps to make Thandai:
  1. Soak the Saunf,muskmelon seeds,alomond,cashews,cardomon, poppy seeds,raisins for five hours in water.Take 2 spoon milk and add saffron to it.
  2. After five hours remove all water with a net and keep all the mixture in mixer and add card man seeds, pour a cup water, a cup of sugar and 1tea spoon of black pepper after that grind them well.
  3. After all this method you will receive a smooth paste. Take milk and add a cup of sugar and mix well,add the paste thad you have made before and mix it too.
  4. Pour it to a glass and mix it with saffron milk and ice cubes and your thandai is ready to serve.
