Instructions to make Thandai:
- Firstly khas khas,Saffron and almonds should be soaked.
- Then add almonds, khas khas,cardamom,black pepper, jeera,saffron,sugar in little milk or water and grind all ingredients in a blender/ mixer.
- Then, we get a paste of all above,take a thin muslin cloth add paste on it and keep adding milk slowly and strain it.
- Little by little strain it in cloth or strainer.And finally squeeze the cloth.
- Then add chopped almonds and kesar for garnishing if required.Then serve chilled.
