  4. Now in the juice add all the ingredients sugar, coconut, wheat and all-purpose flour, fennel seeds, milk powder. Make a thick mixture and let it rest for 1/2 hour. Sugar quantity should be more. Before frying check the sugar, if require add more.
  5. Then in a pan add oil. Once oil heat add 1 spoon of palm mixture to prepare the fritters. Fry it in a low to medium flame. Serve as a snacks.
