  2. Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds,mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste,green chilli,onion, fry it cabbage,beetroot, cauliflower, Capsicums, carrot Fry it nicely add turmeric powder, Cumin coriander powder, Salt fry it nicely and cool it done.
  3. Third step make a dough lemon size & make it smaller round & fill vegetable stuffing and close it all side & make a paratha. Fry it both sides. Serve with better.
