Each Kind of Podi contains different spices. Any Podi (powder) can be used with dosa, Idly Uthappam and white. Rava dosa is a popular variety of South Indian dosa which are crisp, netted and thin. They are very easy to make and need no grinding or fermentation.

Instructions to make Dosa:
  1. Make paste of all pulses and rice. Mix..add a salt.. And keep 4 to 5 hours for fermentation.. If you don't hv time you xan use soda instead if fermentation
  2. Tak cooker.. Pit oil Hing rai..4 to 5 curry patta.. Chopped onion… Cook.. Thn add tomato puree..lauki all spices.. Sambhar masala and arahar dal.. Mix and tak 4 whistles.. At last add imli ka pulp. Mix and sambhar is ready
  3. Mix grated cconut, green Chilli, Channe. Peanut.. Add little water and churn in mixi for chutney.. Then tak 1 teaspoon oil..heat it.. Add curry patta and rai.. And thn add it over chutney. Your coconut chutney is ready to eat
  4. Take pan.. Heat little oil.. Put Jeera.. Onion green Chilli and cook…thn add red Chilli powder.. Salt.. Haldi..and potao..Mix an cook 5 mins.. Your potao filling is ready for dosa
  5. At last take dosa tawa.. Grease it with oil and rubb with tissue paper.. Thn pour dosa batter in circulation motion.. Cook til it leaves it's sides automatically..
  6. Add potato masala and roll. Garnish with fresh corriender leaves.. Yum yum
  7. Enjoy your masala dosa with sambhar and cutney
