  2. Finely chopped until well combined
  3. Put into a bowl, add salt, ginger garlic paste, hot spices powder
  4. Pour beaten egg to the chopped mixture
  5. Mix well and form small balls out of the mixture.Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set
  6. (For Gravy) : Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet.Fry chopped onions for 2-3 minutes then add ginger garlic paste
  7. Cook for 30 sec.
  8. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, salt, fenugreek and plain yogurt. cook for 10 min
  9. Now add boiled spinach.
  10. Add boil spanich in gravy.Cook and stir well.When oil separated from gravy, then place koftas in it
  11. Cook for 10 min.add green chillies.
  12. Kofta palak ready. Now serve it.
