  1. Cut Paneer into cubes and marinate with chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder for 10 minutes
  2. Heat butter in a pan and fry Paneer cubes till slightly golden in colour
  3. In the leftover butter add whole Garam masala and stir for few seconds
  4. Add onions cubes, ginger garlic chopped and cook for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for few minutes
  5. Add cashew nuts and then cool the mixture
  6. When cool blend in a mixture to a smooth paste
  7. Heat desi ghee in a pan and add chopped methi leaves and cook for few minutes
  8. Add blended mixture, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, haldi powder, salt,sugar,tomato sauce and cook for few minutes
  9. Now add milk and boil and then add fried Paneer pieces and cook on low heat for 10 minutes
  10. Add fresh cream and serve with tandoori roti and steamed plain rice
