  4. Continue collecting cream and bring it to a side of pan. Also do stir the milk gently after you bring the cream towards the side of pan. If you don't stir the milk there is possibility of milk getting browned or brunt from the bottom.when milk reduce 1/2 of it quantity then add sugar in it.
  5. When milk reduced 1/3 or 1/4 of it's original quantity then switch of the flame. And add rose water and kewada essence now. Mix well. Let the cool thandai rabdi at room temperature. Then keep in fridge for chilling.
  6. Take a bread slice cut into small small hearts with the help of hearts shape cutter
  7. Take enough ghee in pan heat on medium flame,. fry the bread hearts till they become brown and crispy from both side
  8. Now dip fried bread in one string sugar syrup. Leave it for 1 min so it's absorb enough syrup. Drain and keep it aside.
  9. For serving :Take shorts glasses pour chilled rabri in it, place one sugar coated fried heart bread sprinkle some dry rose petals. Serve immediately.
