- Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf and saute. Add onion fry until they turn completely golden. Add blend mixer mix very well. Add green chilli and all the spices cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add crumble chesse and cottage cheese cubes.
- Cook for 5-8 minutes add fenugreek leaves garnish with cream.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
