- Grind all the dry ingredients into to a fine powder and keep aside.
- Bring milk to boil in a pot, add sugar and add the saffron strands. Keep stirring. Add 3 tsp grounded powder to milk and mix it well.
- Let it get cool. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hrs. Serve Chilled. Garnish it with rose petals. U can add ice cubes while serving (optional)
