  1. Lets make the filling of the discs first… Take olive oil in a non stick pan and fry chopped onion in it till it turns golden in colour.
  2. Add chopped carrot, capsicum in it and fry it.
  3. Now add sweetcorns in it and add cottage cheese too.
  4. Add the spices and 2-3 tbsp crushed cheese in it. Mix it well and turn off the flame.
  5. Now take bread slices and cut it in round shape with the help of cutter. Now cut half of the round bread slices with smaller round shaped cutter and take out tge side portion (the hollow one).
  6. On the bigger round bread slice put the se size round cut cheese slice and put the hollow bread slice over it.
  7. Fill the hollow part with the filling material we made in pan.
  8. Now bake it at 180 degrees for 12 minutes in oven and the Veggie Discs are ready!!! Enjoy or serve it with hot coffee☕
