- Prepare 1/2 Cup Hung Curd

Steps to make Chatpata Daliya Kabab:
- Beetroot, green chili and ginger grind in the mixer jar.
- Put it in a bowl. - Sprouted moong and Fenugreek Seeds (methi) grind coarsely and add in the chilli mixture bowl.
- Daliya grind separately and grind coarsely and carefully. (Do make the Paste)
- Ghee put in a pan when becomes ghee melted add gram flour and roasted on low flame.
- When gram flour roasted add chilli mixture and moong mixture in it and - Mix them.
- Now add Daliya, mix them. - Now add Salt, Red Chilli powder, Cumin powder, Lemon juice and mix well.After 2 to 3 minutes, mixture is ready. Switch off the gas.
- When mixture cool down. Make the balls and put a spoon of ghee in a pan. - Roast the all kababs.
- When kababs are roasted. Put them in a plate.
- For Lemon Dip - In same pan, add lemon juice,sugar, black Salt, Chilli flakes, mint leaves and roasted cumin seeds in it and mix well on low flame. Within 2 minutes dip is ready.
- Now kabab put in the lemon dip and rolled them gently. - Kababs ready for serving.
- For Hung Curd - All ingredients add in a bowl and mix well.
- For Mango Corn Salsa - Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Kababs served with Chutney.
