- Take 2 cup murmura (puffed rice,laai)
- Make ready 1 chopped onion

- Take 1/2 cup fried peanuts
- Prepare Green chilli 4 chopped
- Prepare 2 tsp lemon juice
- Take Black salt to taste
- Prepare to taste Chat masala

Instructions to make Bhel Puri:
- Grind together equal quantities of coriander leaves, garlic to taste and green chillies and add some lemon juice.
- In a large mixing bowl,crispy puffed rice to that add namkin mixture and crush papdis. - now add finely chopped onions and tomato and green chilli.
- Add fry peanuts. - also add chilli powder,cumin powder, green chutney, tamarind chutney and salt to taste.add sev now add boiled chopped potatoes and mix.add black salt mix it well.
- Finally add some more mixture, coriander leaf and lemon juice. give a final mix. - Ready to eat.
