  1. Mix well flour, baking powder, instant yeast, sugar, salt, oil and yogurt in a deep bowl.
  2. Add the milk to it littile by littile and knead well for about 8 to 10 minutes to make a smooth dough.
  3. Apply littile oil all over the prepared dough and keep it covered with a wet towel for about 2 hours to rise.
  4. Knock the dough and make small balls out of it and keep it covered for another half an hour.
  5. Roll it by dusting littile flour. It should be littile thick.
  6. Pull the rolled dough from one side to get naan shape.
  7. Sprinkle some coriander/ parsley leaves on one side of the rolled dough and roll it again littile.
  8. Put it in a medium hot pan and cover it with lid and cook for about 30 seconds or so.
  9. Then turn to other side and cook for another 30 seconds covered.
  10. Brush both sides with butter and cook till it turns golden brown. -  Repeat the process with remaining dough. Serve hot !
