- Take all-purpose flour and butter in a bowl and knead a soft dough with the help of water. Keep the dough in fridge for two hours.
- Mix mava, dry fruits, sugar and cardamom powder and prepare the filling.
- Take out the dough from fridge and break it into 2 big balls. Roll the balls like thick chapatis.
- Spread the mava filling over the chapatis and roll them gently to form logs.
- Keep these logs in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cut these logs into small circles and place on a lined baking tray.
- Brush these circles with butter and airfry or bake on 180c for 30 minutes or till they turn crisp and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped dry fruits and dry rose petals. Sugarfree baked thandai gujiya bites are ready to serve.
