- Dry roast the besan flour for few minutes until they turn fragrant.Dont burn it for less than 5min. Heat a pan and add the ghee and add the this dry roasted besan to it
- Keep the flame on low and continue roasting it until it starts releasing ghee..it takes some 20 minutes or more.Continue roasting it till it gets a golden hue.Be watchful as to not burn it.After 5 more minutes transfer it to a bowl.And wait for it to cool slightly.
- Add the powdered sugar,cardamom powder and thandai mix to it.Also add the cashews and roll them into balls.
