- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the onions first. Next goes in the chopped capsicum. Stir fry on high flame
- Add the tomatoes and spice powders. Mix,cover and cook.
- Add the green peas and carrots
- Mix well and mash lightly.
- Heat a dosa pan. Spread a tsp of oil. Sprinkle water. Let it dry up. Now pour a laddle of batter and spread evenly
- Let it cook for a minute on high. Now add some prepared masala and a small blob of butter over it.
- Mash and spread with a masher and spoon
- When you see the sides browning start turning from the sides half way. From one side first then other.
- Remove on a plate and cut diagonally. Voila dosa bites are ready to dig in!
