- Get Bread slices 4
- Make ready 1 cup Grated cheese
- Get 1/2 finely chopped & par boiled capsicum
- Make ready 1/2 finely chopped tomato
- Make ready 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Take 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Prepare 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Make ready 1 finely chopped green chilli
- Get Butter for roasting
- Prepare to taste Salt
Instructions to make Cheese Chilli Toast π§π:
- Firstly grate the cheese. Add black pepper powder & salt to it. Mix it & keep aside.
- Take any bread of your choice spread some butter over the top. Roast the butter side till golden. Make sure it doesn't become crisp.
- Remove the bread slice from the tawa.
- Heat tawa and spread the butter on the other side of bread slice.
- Spread cheese mixture evenly on the bread. Add capsicum, tomatoes, green chillies, chilli flakes & Italian seasoning.
- Cover with a lid and allow to cook on low flame till the cheese melts completely
- Once the cheese melts, it is ready to serveπ
