- In a big mixing bowl take puffed rice or murmura. Add medium sized sev and boondi. Mix well.
- Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes and green chillies, mix well and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, black salt, green coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix everything very well.
- Further add pomegranate seeds and lemon juice. Give it a good mix. Sukha or Dry bhel is ready to serve.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, some pomegranate seeds and barik sev and serve with masala tea or coffee or can be had as it is.
