  5. Take as per taste Black pepper powder
  6. Take 1 tbsp oil
  7. Take 7-8 chopped garlic cloves

  9. Take 2-3 chopped green chillies
  10. Make ready 1/4 cup chopped spring onion white part
  11. Take 1/3 cup chopped green Capsicum
  12. Make ready 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
  13. Prepare 1/3 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  14. Make ready 1 tsp sugar
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp soya sauce
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  17. Take 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  18. Get As per taste Salt as per the taste
  19. Make ready 1 tbsp corn starch
  20. Make ready 250 gms fresh Paneer cubes
  21. Make ready 2 tbsp chopped greens of spring onion
Steps to make Paneer Chilli Potato Cups:
  1. Keep the Ingredients ready.scoop out from halves of Potatoes to make potato cups as shown in the picture.Heat oil in a wok on Medium flame and deep fry potato cups on both sides till golden brown and crisp from both sides.Absorb excess oil from inside the potato cups with paper napkins.
  2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder on cups for seasoning.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies,chopped white part of spring onion.Mix well and Saute for 1 -2 minutes.Add chopped green Capsicum, yellow and red bell peppers,sugar.Mix and cook on high flame for 1 minute.
  3. Now add red chilli sauce and soya sauce,salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder to the mixture.Cook on high flame for 1 minute.
  4. Add 100 ml water.Take 1 tbsp corn starch in a small bowl,add 2 tbsp water to make it's slurry.Add this slurry to the mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Add 250 gm Paneer cubes.Mix well.Add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion greens of spring onion.Mix well.Fill the potato cups with the Paneer Chilli mixture and garnish with chopped spring onion greens
