- For stock put all the ingredients in a pan and cook till mutton is tender. Strain the stock, and take out mutton pcs separately.
- In a pan put oil, fry onions till golden.
- Chopperize garlic, ginger and green chillies.
- Then add it in fried onions and saute. Add in tomatoes and red chilli powder along with 1/4 cup water and cook it till softened.
- Add in mutton n fry it well for 3 to 4 minutes.Add in stock 7 glasses, zeera and garam masala. Check salt too.
- When boil occurs add rice and cook on high flame till tender and water evaporates too by covering the lid.
- Put on dum till done. Dish out,serve with raita!
