  1. For stock put all the ingredients in a pan and cook till mutton is tender. Strain the stock, and take out mutton pcs separately.
  2. In a pan put oil, fry onions till golden.
  3. Chopperize garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  4. Then add it in fried onions and saute. Add in tomatoes and red chilli powder along with 1/4 cup water and cook it till softened.
  5. Add in mutton n fry it well for 3 to 4 minutes.Add in stock 7 glasses, zeera and garam masala. Check salt too.
  6. When boil occurs add rice and cook on high flame till tender and water evaporates too by covering the lid.
  7. Put on dum till done. Dish out,serve with raita!
