  2. For Dosa:- take a wet cloth and clean dosa tava.now spread dosa batter on tava evenly.
  3. Add aloo masala and spread it nicely.now add onion, tomato, beetroot, carrot and coriander leaves and spread them evenly.cook for 2-3 minutes at medium flame.
  4. Fold from all the sides and serve hot with coconut Chutney and sambhar.
