- Heat oil add onion fry until golden add ginger garlic paste fry 30 second add salt red chilli powder haldi(termeric)and coriander powder with 2 tbsp water
- Cook for 1 minute add tomatoes cover and cook for 3 minute until tomatoes tender.add chicken cubes fry for 2 minute add 1 cup water cover and cook until tender
- Soak daal chanafor 30 minutes add in pressure cooker with 3 cup water
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes after wistle start
- Now add boiled daal in prepared chicken
- Cover and cook for 15 minute on low heat.
- Now make tarka add oil in a pan.when hot add ginger garlic cumin and dry red chillies.when crackles add on daal
- Serve with garnishing thinly sliced green chillies.
