- Again open the lid add gram masala, black pepper powder, poppy seeds paste, coriander powder,jeera powder,stir it when your spices leaves the oil then add water as required cover the lid and weight 3 whistles then remove the flame.
- Let cool completely open the lid add meat masala powder stir it again cover it
- Now ready to serve it.
