  2. Cold oil, garlic, and ginger heat up in together in the pan slowly til the smell slightly come out. Add dried shrimp skin into it and stir fry for a few seconds (slightly golden colour but not to burn it) add loofah.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and let it boil with lid on for 5 minutes. After 5 mins, you will see a lot of liquid coming out and it become a bit transparent that means it’s cooked.
