  1. In a blender add the bread slices and make as fine as breadcrumbs
  2. In a bowl add bread fine pieces, yoghurt, cream, milk, flour and mix all. Make a dough and set aside for 5-10 mins.
  3. For the sugar syrup in a bowl add water and sugar and bring it to heat, keep stirring until the syrup is threadlike and done. Add some cardamoms. Set aside.
  4. Make balls from the dough and add chopped almonds, pistachios and keep it aside.
  5. In a pan heat oil and deep fry the Gulab Jamuns. Add the Fried Gulab Jamuns to sugar syrup and keep it in the syrup for 6-7 mins.
