- Now after 15 mins add some more water to again make a liquidy consistency and 1/2teaspoon baking soda and mix for 10-15 seconds.
- Now in a cold pan add some butter, now spread dosa batter and cook on high flame. - If you use a very hot pan your dosa won’t be made. - Once you make a dosa use some water on the pan to cool it down
- Once the dosa is made now add some ghee on top and add your filling.
