- Mean while Grease cake tray with oil and in big vessel keep water for boiling in which cake tray can fit.
- Now add eno fruit salt to besan batter and immediately transfer this batter to cake tray and quickly place this tray in vessel where water was boiling.
- Steam the dhokla batter for 20 minutes on medium flame or till the dhokla gets cooked completely. (With toothpick you check if dhokla is ready)
- Cut into your desire shape and place in plate.
- Prepare the tempering by heating 3 tsp oil, add mustard, jeera, curry patta and green chili allow to splutter.
- Pour the tempering over dhokla. Enjoy your dhokla with chutney!!!
