Steps to make Beef Nihari:
- Wash your hands before cooking and cover your head.Always Start with Bismillah.
- Grind and Mix all the spices. Then add haldi,salt and pissi laal Mirch in these spices.
- Take oil in a cooker and add beef.then add ginger garlic paste.
- Mix well with spoon and cook for 5 minutes.when you see change in colour of meat then add all the spices and cook for 10 minutes.
- When all the spices are fully mixed with the meat after 10 min. Then add water and cover the cooker for 20 minutes on medium flam
- After 20 minutes when meat becomes tender or soft.then add wheat flour and water mixture.
- While adding wheat flour, make sure to keep stirring continuously with spoon and then cover for 5 minutes.
- Now we will make Tarka for nihari. Take a pan and add 2 Tsp.oil then add zeera and 1 Tsp. Kashmiri laal Mirch pissi hue and cook for 1 min and then add it to the meat.
- Now it's ready to serve.
