- Heat a tawa and apply some oil over it to make tawa smooth. Fill the dosa batter in a cone and make 3-4 thin vertical lines and again make 3-4 thin horizontal lines crossing over the vertical lines to make it look like a net. Apply some oil over the net dosa pour the aloo masala and fold it in dosa shape and serve with chutney and sambhar.
- To make aloo masala: heat oil in a kadahi, add cumins and mustard seeds and curry leaves, let it crackle. Add onions, saute till golden brown, add tomatoes and green chilli and saute for 2-3 minutes or till tomatoes are done. Add crushed potatoes, salt and turmeric powder and mix then cook for 2-3 minutes. Your aloo masala is ready.
