  2. Add marrinated rice sauted till it's becomes tender.Add sugar stir countinuously till sugar comes to liquid position.Now add water,salt &saffron.Cover it & cook on low medium flame.
  3. Add cashewnut&raisine mix it well.Meetha kanika is ready to serve.Garnishing with dryfruits&pomegranate seeds serve it with papad& raita.
