Very thankful that I thought of this because when the moi moi was cooked, the ones lined with leaves got rushed because the taste was exactly like. It's yummilicious😋 its kind of occasion rice of our days that my family like me to cook!!!

  1. In a clean pot cook the white rice and pasta with a pinch of salt to taste, pls take a note of the type of rice u are cooking ie amount of water to use so that it comes out soft and okay not mushy or gummy also adding pasta is optional it can be white rice only.
  2. Serve with any soup,stew or sauce of your choice but for dis is best with Tomatoe stew along side with the moimoi taaada!!!

But remember that while sweet peppers are not spicy hot, tatashe is very spicy hot. If you do not have spinach, use ugu. You can also use green amaranth if you do not mind the taste. Nigerian Moi Moi is a very delicous meal, so delicious that even those who do not like beans enjoy eating Moi Moi.
